He probably started out feeling nervous about making the first move and now with everyone waiting for him to do something; he feels really pressurised and scared to ask you out. Give him a break! Why don’t you let him know that you love spending time with him and ask him what he thinks about you guys spending some more time together. He’ll probably fall all over himself to say yes!
