I think any one is legible to make the move so long as they have the courage to do it and if a person believes guys should come to them first that means they won't be honest about their feelings and the boy could be snatched by someone with more confidence.

I think if you like someone regardless of whether you are a girl or a guy, you should be the one doing the asking out because maybe the other person is shy or maybe they think you don't like them. So to be on the safe side ask away! If they say yes, it's a great confidence booster. If they don't, then it's their loss. Pick yourself up and have fun!

Well from the video I think that each guy is different but I don't like what the 1 guy said about girls coming up to guys & then the guys think that they're cheap.
