What's Your Acne I.Q.?
Your bedtime routine consists of:
A. Gently exfoliating, rinsing, moisturising and targeting problem areas with a little bit of acne cream.
B. Slathering your skin in toothpaste. If it makes your mouth feel so clean, it must be working magic on your face, too, right?

It's finally happening: A date with your crush! The morning before, you find a giant red zit staring back at you from the mirror. You:
A. Grab your emergency skin kit and dab on some fast-acting zit treatment. Next step? Conceal it with a little make-up and leave it at that. You're a pro at this.
B. Freak out and pop it. There's no way that thing is going to be the third wheel on your date tonight.
C. Meditate. You heard that stress causes bad skin, so you figure if you relax and focus on positive feelings before the big night, the pimple will be scared off by all the good karma.
It's Saturday, a. k. a. beach day with the girls. To prepare for fun in the sun, you:
A. Apply a high SPF to your body and a separate, dermatologist-approved, non pore-clogging sunscreen to your face at least a half hour before hitting the sand. There's no way you're risking a burn or skin irritation from greasy lotions!
B. Pack up a cooler of snacks. You don't burn, so there's no need for suntan lotion. Besides, your friend told you the sun actually gets rid of zits.
C. Spray an even coating of sunscreen all over. It doesn't say it's safe for your face but it also doesn't say it's bad for it.
You wash your face:
A. Once in the morning and once at night. You heard that overdoing it could actually make your skin produce more oils and, therefore, more acne. Yikes!
B. Only when it looks dirty.
C. At least six times a day. The more the merrier!
Your favourite meal consists of:
A. A big salad and some fresh fruit for dessert. You've got to get all your nutrients and vitamins.
B. A giant bag of sweets, a massive fizzy drink and a chocolate slab.
C. A hotdog, chips and a whopping portion of brownie sundae dripping in whipped cream and caramel. But you know it’s not the healthiest, so you limit yourself to a once a week indulgence.
