The MTV Europe Music Awards took place in Berlin, Germany, last night and the leading ladies of the night were most definitely Katy Perry and Beyoncé Knowles. Beyoncé walked away with the Best Female, Best Song and Best Video awards. She paid tribute to her hubby Jay-Z, who was also a big winner, thanking him for “putting a ring on it”. Green Day, Lady GaGa and Tokio Hotel also walked away with trophies. Katy Perry thrilled the crowd during her second stint as host of the awards ceremony, changing outfits a staggering 12 times!
