Q:What should I do if my weight has plateaued??
If you have a healthy lifestyle - one where you:
1. Eat regular meals
2. Eat enough food to satisfy your hunger and appetite (not so much that you are overfull, and not less leaving you feeling still hungry!)
3. Include a wide variety of foods in your diet from all the food groups
4. Get plenty of movement
5. Drink adequate water to keep your body well hydrated
Then the weight you are at is probably the right weight for you! If not, focus on the area where you are not getting it right.
