Travis McCoy is heartbroken

Gym Class Heroes star Travis McCoy’s heartbreak after splitting from Katy Perry fuelled him to write songs for his new solo album. Travis dated Katy on and off for several years, but they decided to go their separate ways earlier this year after non-stop arguments. The pop star has since found love with British funnyman Russell Brand, while Travis has been consoling himself by writing tracks about their split for an upcoming solo project. He says, “Being in a relationship with Katy has inspired tracks. Any relationship you go through inspires something. It is really not in my character to be nasty about anyone and I wish her luck. I do think I have better hair than Russell, though.”
