The Taylor Swift and Kanye West saga just won't end! But Taylor has tried to close the book on the debacle that occurred over a year ago. She responded to Kanye's tweeted apology by taking to the stage at the MTV Video Music Awards last night.

 

 Taylor (20) debuted her latest single at the MTV Video Music Awards last night, which was inspired by Kanye's infamous behaviour.

According to contactmusic.com, Taylor sat on stage after playing a clip of last year's awards and sang "You're Still an Innocent", which starts with the line "Guess you really did it this time..."

But Taylor holds no grudges and went on to sing, "Thirty-two and still growing up now…who you are is not what you did... Everyone of us is mixed up too... I hope you remember today is never too late to be brand new."

That's diplomacy right there. We seriously hope this saga ends now!
