My BFF's will probably kill me for saying this, but my advice would be to choose ur friends over some girl. Girls will come and go but ur friends might be the only guys u can really click with (I know it sounds totally cliche).

You have to make it clear to your friends how you feel about your girlfriend. And also find out the reasons why your friends don't like her. If you can not make a compromise then you are going to have to keep these relationships separate.
