Nearly a year and a half after cancelling her Twitter account on her now ex-boyfriend Liam's request, Miley Cyrus has returned to the social networking site...but not in the first person.

According to E! Online (via contactmusic.com), Miles connected with her fans via a tweet from her producers' (The Rock Mafia) account.

Miles tweeted; "This is my new way to connect. When I need to speak out I will tweet from @Rock_Mafia Rock Mafia FOREVER xMC".

Miles still had to convince her wary fans that it was her by posting a twitpic of herself followed by a message from The Rock Mafia saying that Miles will "tweet from here till we convince her to make a new account!!!!"

Wonder if she'll open a new account or stick to Liam's advice?
