Meet new people
You need to have some close friends who can help you through everything you experience in first year. Whether it is to dance the night away with when things are good or to listen and help when things aren’t. You get to meet loads of new people, so go out of your way to do that. There are so many unique and amazing people all around you. Party hard, keep your good friends close and don’t waste time and energy worrying about things you can’t change and things that shouldn’t matter. Study too, that’s why you’re there and don’t be afraid to ask for help. - Yolandi Stadler
