Leighton Meester remembers her GG audition

Despite always wanting to get her way, we love Leighton Meester's Gossip Girl character, Blair!
Leighton recently recalled her audition while chatting to THR (via contactmusic.com):
"I started auditioning back in December 2006. The process was really long. At the time, I wanted to move to New York, but I didn't have a reason or any money. So when my agent sent me the Gossip Girl script, I thought Blair was perfect for me," Leighton shared.
And we don't think anyone else would've done a better job than you Leighton!
