Wow! The extent to which some fans will go to cause a bit of drama in a celebrity's life is crazy!

According to contactmusic.com, the most recent trending topic on Twitter was the hash-tag 'PrayForMiley', started by an obviously very bored tweeter who decided to start a rumour that teen queen Miley Cyrus had suffered a heart attack!

Miley's BFF and defender of late Kelly Osbourne quickly took to the social media platform to quell the rumours and to say;

"You Miley fans need to stop this. Your (sic) being ridiculous, she has not had a heart attack! Please stop being so aggressive! Stop it please! This is ridiculous....

"She is a beautiful healthy 19 year old girl, how could she possibly have a heart attack?"

Some people really do take it a step too far!
