Vampire hottie Kellan Lutz is so over his "beefcake" image and wants the world to know that there is more to him than his pretty face, abs and all those beauties!

In an interview with Us Magazine (Via celebuzz) Kellan said:  "It's nice to be one of the guys that can help sell a movie by taking his shirt off ... By no means do I want to be a piece of meat for the rest of my career."

Even when Kellan does talk show appearances, he said, "They follow it up with requesting you take your shirt off."

And Kellan is indeed more than just a hunky body. Apart from donating his time to animal welfare programmes, he recently helped build houses in New Orleans for victims of Hurricane Katrina.

And when asked if his co-star Robert Pattinson would lend a helping hand he admitted: "It would be a great surprise for everyone...Although I would have to take video of Rob trying to hammer a nail, he might hurt himself.
