Soft-hearted hunk Kellan Lutz was apparently outraged when he watched a video posted on the internet of a Bosnian girl throwing puppies into a river! (We're disgusted as well!)

According to contactmusic.com Kellan, who is active in the animal rights community, vented on his Twitter account: "I've never been so disgusted before. That video is so incredibly disturbing and plain out (sic) wrong.

"That cruelty and any cruelty to animals helpless or not is unacceptable. I can't get the crying puppies out of my head."

Apparently, the girl in the video has been identified and if convicted, will be fined a large sum of money which is the result of a new Bosnian animal cruelty law.

Kellan added: "I'm so grateful that she has been found and even more grateful for the new law! Thank you ALL for taking a stand and using your voices against such actions as this."

Animal cruelty also upsets us, way to go Kellan!
