Our Biebs sure has a big heart! The Baby hitmaker is an even bigger hero after he encouraged Canadian fans to sign up to become organ donors through The Trillium Gift of Life Network.

A 20 year-old Canadia fan is set to get a lung transplant, and tweeted JB to help her spread the word.

Justin replied: "You have amazing strength. I got u (sic)," therafter he asked fans to "help spread the word... be an organ donor".
After Bieber's tweet, more than 1 000 new registrations flooded in! The Trillium Gift of Life Network was grateful for everyone's cooperation and posted on their Facebook page: "Thanks to Helene, her team, and all the Bielibers (sic) out there! If you didn't believe in the power of Twitter before..."

As if we could love Bieber any more?!
