Joe Jonas and Demi Lovato are taking their romance to the next level! Demi Lovato will be joining the Jonas Brothers on their upcoming tour! The pop star sweethearts will also team up onstage to perform songs they've recorded for Camp Rock and Oceans.

The Disney duo went public with their romance earlier this year when they arrived at the Kids Choice Awards together... hand in hand. Cute!
