Q:I'm quite slim but I have a poochy tummy. How do I get rid of it?
There are a few things (some not so fitness-related) that will help lessen a poochy tummy (some not so fitness-related). First, paractic good posture. stand and sit up straight, keeping your tummy in. second, always breathe through your chest so your rib cage expands. this helps distribute air throughout your entire body so it's not trapped in your stomach. third, never eat until you're explodingly full or go to sleep right after eating. eating too much can expand stomach muscles, which can stretch your tummy and make it appear poochier.
