First thing to look out for (if you have a wide or bigger bust), is a dress with halter or thicker straps, because thinner straps offer less support and will only make your upper part larger due to the contrast in proportion.
Secondly, large prints will complement your figure a lot better than tiny ones. If you prefer solid colour, go for neutral dark ones like black, dark brown or olive green – they’re slimming! Thirdly, elongate! Create a lean vertical line with a V-neck. And lastly, empire lines are a great choice! They emphasise the thinnest part of your torso and at the same time prevent dresses from looking boxy. Always choose a dress that fits closely to your body without being clingy! Add a waist belt if you like. Be creative and don’t think there isn’t a way to wear anything you’d like, just because you’ve got curves in all the right places.
