Very few women naturally have the flat, firm tummy that you are talking about. Our visual field, however, is flooded with images of just this tummy, (adverts, TV, movies etc) making it seem very common. It is not! Instead of aiming for a specific body shape, why not focus your efforts instead on being healthy and fit and full of energy and enjoying summer time outdoors. Surely anybody that is ready to play and have fun is ready to be on the beach?
