Actress/singer Hilary Duff has shelled out $3.85 million on a new house in preparation for her upcoming nuptials to hockey player Mike Comrie.

According to contactmusic.com Hilary and Mike will say their vows on the 14 August 2010 – six months after Mike proposed.
America's In Touch magazine stated that Hilary bought a Georgian-style mansion, which has a huge garden, walk in closets and a swimming pool.... Nice!
