A source reveals, "Heidi is totally crushing on Dr. Ryan and comes up with any excuse she can to stop by his office. She makes appointments for the most ridiculous things and stays as long as possible... She's babbling about how great he is."

Apparently Heidi's husband and co-star Spencer Pratt is in the know about his wife's crush, and has been acting very jealous. Poor guy!
