Demi Lovato is one tough girl! After only a years of leaving the treatment centre that helped her deal with personal issues, the 19-year old faced her fears and returned to Timberline Knolls to motivate and inspire other young girls with similar problems.

In a series of tweets via people.com, the actress shared her day with fans and wasn’t afraid to show her emotions. “"Wow what an inspiring day... Many tears were shed and many memories were brought back at Timberline Knolls today.”

"Today I went back to the treatment centre I went to last year, to speak to the beautiful women fighting their inner demons," said Demi, adding, "was so honoured."

"To be able to share my story and let them know that it gets easier. Life is beautiful.... You are worthy of it."

Demi ended of her tweets off by asking fans to show support for the girls going through difficult times, saying: “Please say a prayer for all of those struggling with eating disorders, self harm, mood disorders, and substance abuse."
