It's school photo time and you have five minutes to get ready. You:
A. Take a deep breath and proceed to apply mascara, foundation and gloss. Yeah, you might end up being late but a picture says a thousand words, so it's worth it.
B. Add mascara and Vaseline to your eyebrows, eyelashes and lips. Perfect!
C. Splash your face with water and brush your hair. The photos always come out terribly so what's the point?
You think of wearing make-up as a way to:
A. Stand out and be an original. Make-up is a great way to express your personality. Just because you're at school doesn't mean you should have to tone it down.
B. Enhance the features you like best about yourself. You maintain a low-key look that can work anywhere, from school to the matric dance.
C. You don't really think about make-up at all. And even if you wanted to give it a go, you wouldn't know where to begin.
How does your make-up change each season?
A. In winter, I go for a smokier look around the eyes and a darker shade on my lips, and opt for more neutral colours in the spring.
B. No matter what the season, there are certain essentials I just can't function without: gloss, blush and mascara.
C. In the winter, I upgrade to a lip balm, but come summer, I'm all about gloss and SPF.
Which celebrity's beauty style do you look up to?
A. Avril Lavigne. Like me, she loves to experiment with make-up and doesn't care what anybody says!
B. Scarlett Johansson. Scarlett always looks glamorous, no matter what the occasion. She even knows how to step up her game for red carpet events without coming on too strong.
C. Natalie Portman. Even though she's been in the biz for most of her life, she manages not to let the pressure of having to always look like a Barbie Doll get to her. Natalie pulls of the natural look without a hitch.
It's the last period of the day and your BFF tells you that you're all hooking up with a group of guys after school, your crush included. What's your beauty plan?
A. I'm not worried. I have enough stuff on my face to last me a week!
B. Do a light touch-up in the car on the way over.
C. A swipe of mascara and a breath mint. Voila!

Beauty or Bust
We love that you have a strong sense of personal style when it comes to beauty but you don't need to doll up for every occasion. We're all for you expressing your personality through your make-up choices but that doesn't mean that you need to apply layer after layer of product every day. And remember, you're not betraying your own style by trying out a few seasonal trends. Who knows? A fresh and natural look might be just the change you need to bust out of a beauty rut.

Nobody knows better than you do that flexibility is the key to a successful relationship with make-up. While you have a ziplock bag of your tried and true faves, you're not afraid to try new things. You also have a keen sense of what type of beauty is appropriate for different situations. We're happy to see that you keep an eye on what the new trends are for each fashion season, but that you don't seem too caught up in chasing the latest styles that you forget who you are. Beauty is a balancing act, and it looks like you're doing a good job of keeping your footing so far.

Natural Beauty
OK, nobody's saying you have to wear a whole make-up counter on your face to prove you're out for a special occasion, but hey, you won't know if you really hate the stuff unless you give it a try. Make-up isn't as scary as you think (some products even come with instructions!) and you'd be surprised at what a difference a few small touches here and there can make. And, you're actually in luck: the-just-rolled-out-of-bed look is in this spring season! However, perfecting that look may actually require you take a deep breath and break open the blush and eye shadow. Go on, give it a try. It'll be fun... Promise!
