Brittany Murphy, who passed away earlier this week, left everything to her mother, Sharon Murphy, in her will. Apparently she drew up her will before she met hubby, Simon Monjack, and never changed it post-marriage. According to friends, her mom was very involved in her life and pushed her into the entertainment biz, so it’s no surprise that she’s inheriting everything.

There is still speculation about Brit’s death, some doctors even going as far as saying it was caused by an accidental drug overdose like Heath Ledger’s.
